Common issues

The wall never fires, even after I blow my limit.

Grant Usage Access (Settings → Apps → Special app access → Usage access → TouchSomeGrass) and "Display over other apps" (same Special app access menu). Both are required for the app to detect and show the wall.

The grass camera challenge won't unlock.

Hold roughly a quarter of the frame green and steady for a few continuous seconds — looking away or losing the green resets the progress. If camera permission was denied, the app falls back to a plain hold-timer instead.

I'm not getting my weekly recap notification.

Make sure notifications are allowed for the app, and that battery optimization isn't killing it in the background. The recap re-arms itself automatically after a restart.

How do I stop tracking an app or change my limit?

Open the app → Home or Settings → adjust the per-app limit with −/+, or remove it from your tracked list.

How do I delete everything the app has stored?

See the Data & Deletion page — reset from Settings, clear app data in Android, or just uninstall.

What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened.
